Non-Solicitation and Breach of Confidentiality Agreement CaseIn a non-solicitation and breach of confidentiality agreement case filed against an individual in the medical industry in Palm Beach County, Florida, attorney Kelsey Black secured a dismissal on behalf of her client after more than a year of litigation. The plaintiff claimed that Waterway Black P.A.’s client intentionally purged company data from her phone and computer prior to returning the equipment upon her resignation, and utilized the information for her own benefit.

After engaging in targeted written discovery, Waterway Black P.A. successfully was able to convince the Plaintiff that no wrongdoing occurred and that the case was not worth pursuing. The plaintiff voluntarily dismissed the lawsuit.
